No. I'm on 1.2.6. and that's the version that I keep getting from www.ari-soft.com/Joomla-Components/ARI-Ext-Menu/Detailed-product-flyer.html no matter how many times I download. I'm also on Joomla 1.6 if it helps.

We can investigate this issue if you upload your site to an online server and provide temporary access to Joomla! backend because we can't reproduce this problem on our test server. The extension is installed on Joomla! 1.6 without problem.

Mind teaching me how to cleanly uninstall a module and send me a copy of 1.2.7 through email to ensure I've got the right version? Then I'll reinstall it and see. Thanks for your help so far.

Open "Extensions -> Extension manager -> Manage" page on Joomla! backend, select "ARI Ext Menu" and click "Uninstall" button:



The latest version of the module can be downloaded here.

Ya I tried those previously. When I reinstalled Ari-Ext-Menu it shows 1.2.6 again with Date March 2011 in my Extension Manager.

I think I know what happened. When I install, I chose the install folder as my path instead of the mod_ariextmenu folder.
