I tried already to remove all styles for #header ul.

Menu returns to it's place. But it still doesn't expand on hover:(

Set "Load ExtJS library" to "Yes" and "Assets loading method" to "Joomla! API" parameters for both menu module instances.

Unfortunally I don't have this parameters. I have only load method parameter.. I can switch it to onLoad instead of Dom only.

Hmm... very strange, but I don't have this parameters in mod_ariextmenu. I am using Joomla 1.6. I have same parameters exept ExtJS library
Maybe I should download reinstall this module?

It seems you use not the latest version of the module. In any case, set "Assets loading method" parameter to "Joomla! API".
