TOPIC: ARI Ext menu as a submenu

ARI Ext menu as a submenu 13 Years, 2 Months ago Karma: 0
I can set up a menu and it works fine in Joomla 1.6, but it won't work as a submenu.

The only way the menu will display is if I set the start level to '0' and end level as a negative number (eg '-1'). This doesn't help me as I don't want the top level to display. I would just make a separate menu but this will mess up my breadcrumbs.

Any idea what's causing the problem? I can't provide a link to the site but let me know what files I should send so you can better understand the problem.

Hello,

Set "End level" parameter to "-1".

Hi, thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

I was actually editing my question when you replied so the answer is no longer relevant.

To rephrase my question above: I have set up a menu with submenus and I don't want the root level to display, I only want to see the submenus. However, the menu doesn't work if I set the start level to anything other than '0'.

Hello,

Do you use the latest version of the module (v. 1.2.7)? If yes, is it possible to provide temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email that we can investigate this issue?
