I'm trying to get rid of the current javascript based menu that's being used on my site, and replace it with this one so I can take advantage of the css based menu.

For some reason, the menu will only display the full tree straight down the page, instead of showing as a horizontal menu.

can someone please help me with this?

This is a problem with web server configuration. The module can't load necessary javascript and CSS files, 403 HTTP error occurs.
