Hello,

First of all I have to say this is a fantastic extension - just what I have been looking for. However I'm having a problem viewing it in Internet Explorer 8. The slider has turned black and the only parts I can see are the pictures and links, while all the other text is hiding in the blackness. To see this, please click here when using IE.

I would like to point out that the slider is working like a dream in Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

Any help you could give is much appreciated.

We suppose this problem with the next javascript file from your site template:

<joomla_directory>/templates/siteground/js/png.js

It generates javascript error in IE browsers, you can see it in browser's error console. Try to remove loading of this javascript file from site template file.

Thanks for your quick reply.

I have removed the loading of the javascript file from the site template file but this has sadly not fixed the problem.

When first accessing the page the slider is not black but turns black just before the page has finished loading.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Is it possible to provide temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email that we can investigate this problem in more details?

Try now please. We have set "IE rounded corner" parameter to "No" in module settings.
