TOPIC: All gallery images have defaulted to "link to page

Good morning Team ARI,

Spookier than Halloween! In the days before the issue arose there had been some plugin updates but they all seemed totally unrelated to images (but I do understand a relationship does not need to exist for a conflict). None the less, I searched forums trying to find any posts relating to a similar issue. Nothing. But one of the updated plugins was WP-Optimise and there was another update to that plugin on Monday. I updated, deactivated my 'temporary fix' (Responsive Lightbox & Gallery) and reactivated ARI Lightbox and BINGO, everything was PERFECT!

Coincidence? Maybe. But I had tried all the obvious things including resaving permalinks etc, etc, etc.

Were it not for the fact that a number of people had seen the issue and offered suggestions, I could be convinced I had imagined the whole episode.

The good news is that it's fixed itself. The bad news is that I have no idea how so will be just as confused if it reoccurs.

Thanks for all your advice,

David Wilks

We guess our solution from the previous post should resolve the problem in any case and we going to add it into the next version of the plugin.
