Unable to find document 9 Years, 9 Months ago

I'm having issues trying to find document

The code I'm using is
{aridoc engine="google" width="550" height="450"}images/student_files/practicepowerpoint.ppt{/aridoc}

The location I believe is correct since I'm getting it from K2 media manager

Thanks for the quick response, The problem is fixed now. There really wasn't a problem, It fixed itself so my guess is that our hosting server was updating or having issues, Since we noticed a lot of things we tried adding wasn't working properly either (not just ARI docs Viewer)
