JQueryUI doesn't work, CSS style changes neither 13 Years, 8 Months ago

Hi, there
I installed the mod with ease and it does what it is supposed to do with my CSV files but I cannot perform any style change it seems, changing the JQueryUI doesn't change anything either, I'm left with a blank html table wihtout any style.
I think it's maybe the same problem Nicodemus was talking about, and to which an admin answered something about: "It seems the site template contains incorrect code for removing MooTools javascript library. This code removes all javascript includes."
After that there haven't been any responses anymore on the forum about this, so if anyone has a clue what might be causing this?

Could you provide temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email that we can investigate this issue or provide index.php file of site template?

I'm working on an intranet, so it's impossible for me to give you access to it, sadly :/
I can try backing it up and get it running somewhere on a public loacation, but that's quite a bit of work ofcourse.
Nothing I can try first perhaps? Any known issues maybe?
The themes don't work either.
