Hello,

I upgraded my joomla site to Joomla 3.7 last week.

Since then ARI Data Tables doesn't work. The pages are now all blank.

Please help.

Hello,

Update the extension to v. 1.16.1. If it doesn't help, could you provide a link to a page where the problem occurs and a temporary access to your J! backend by email?

Hi,
I also have a similar problem.....

I have a Joomla 3.7.3 site (testing site)......

I installed the Ari Data Tables V1.16.2 using the normal Joomla install..... Message was that it installed OK, but I could not see any of the component under the Component menu (other components install OK)

I looked in the #_menu table using PHPMyAdmin, but cannot see any reference to Ari Data Tables.
I have cleared cache etc... all to no avail.

If I look at "Extensions---Manage" (backend), I see reference (1) to Ari Data Tables in there as in the attached image....

After reading this forum thread, I tried installing V1.16.1..... same success message, but still no access to Ari Data Tables...

This is a really pressing issue for me, as I want to install to a real site...

I then tried installing Ari Smart Content V2.2.38, thinking this may be needed.... still no luck (see reference (2) to Ari Smart Content in attached image)

Should I also send back end access to the site with the problem, via email?????

Hello,

"ARI Data Tables" is not a component, it is a module (see "ARI Data Tables" module on Modules page).

About "ARI Smart Content", it is not clear what problem you have with it. Could you explain it in more details?

I think I have sorted it all out..... It looks like it was an installation problem.

The problem seems to be that the extensions did NOT install properly (uploading from my local PC), so I was missing some stuff..... (previously I couldn't create database connection or SQL queries....

Now I have UnInstalled the extensions and re-installed them using the "Install From Folder" option.
This seems to have done the trick.
Although I haven't checked it thoroughly, I am getting VERY MUCH further into the work I need to do now.
