I just tried with firefox and same issue when i click save they just disappear and nothing changes

We don't have a problem with it on your site. Open error console into FireFox browser (press Ctrl + Shift + J), try to save settings and check "Errors" tab in error console. Is it contain any error? Regards, ARI Soft
