This is not "ARI Data Tables" problem. It can be a problem with web server configuration (for example in .htaccess file) or problem with 3rd party extension. Probably limit for POST request is defined in 3rd party "security" extension or in web server config.

Maybe, I try to add new ari data table module after 3 month. Now I replace this file (folder.php) with original in joomla instalation file, but problem is stay. Why only ari data tables I can't to add in my site and other modules I add without problem?

We described why the problem occurs here.

Other modules send less data in POST request. For example you can create a custom HTML module with a large text. Module instance will be created, but without text.
