No style or function

OK, I'm using the ARI Data table model to publish some data from MySQL. The data displays fine, but it has no styling or function apparently. It's set to a width of 100% but only stretches a few hundred pixels. It was set up to be a an ARI Table Sorter but has no sorting options/functionality. I have attached a picture of what it looks like on the front end.

It seems this is a problem with a 3rd party extension because javascript which loads the module is not included into the page. Could you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate the problem in more details?
