Try now please. It was the problem with "RPL jQuery" plugin. It calls noConflict() method for jQuery incorrectly.

Everything is ok! It was test joomla installation. How to establish on working Joomla? You changed any files or adjusted joom?

We disabled loading jQuery by "RPL jQuery" plugin on Joomla! backend.
