When I set the table width to any value less than 100%, the header and footer do not resize as well. Is it possible to have those resize with the table? See example here: www.logochairs.com/j25cms/index.php/more-information/downloads/download-images

Set table width to 100% and add the next CSS rule to "CSS Styles" parameter:
