Hello, I am new to ARI data tables and wanted to understand whether this capability is available via customization or as an inherent option before purchasing. My goal is to create a simple, editable excel style spread sheet/table on a site that can be edited by select users, also that can perform basic cell based calculations such as cell A5=A6-A7. Can these tables also support versioning or am i perhaps looking at the wrong solution here?

The extension is not suitable for your needs. It shows data in read-only mode.
