Ari GChart Type Area Chart Stacke yes does not stack 12 Years, 2 Months ago Karma: 0
Hello,
as the subject said, in Ari GChart the option stacked ist nearly without function. It dosnґt matter either i set stacked to yes or no the Chart wonґt be shown as stacked.

13 Calls taken
7 Calls missed

means 20 Calls get in.

is shown like a linechart and is doesnґt go till 20 and is splitted in 7 based + 13 ontop

I hope you know what i mean.

Is there any way to get it stacked as it should be ?

Hello,

Could you specify what plugin code you use and provide an image where we can see what do you want to achieve?

Hello,
iґll try my very best....

I get a sql-query from 7am to 8pm with incoming calls which are answered an missed, updated every 15 minutes. That works without problems.

Then i choose an an Tabletype: ARI GChart, type Area Chart (or Column Chart) and set the value from Stacked to "yes" (values are stacked "accumulated").
in case i got 7 recieved and 3 missed calls within 15 minutes from 7am to 7.15am it should be looking something like that...

10 R (7 recieved)
9 R
8 R
7 R
6 R
5 R
4 R
3 M (3 missed)
2 M
1 M
0 7-7.15

but it is shown like this (with 2 bars):

10
9
8
7 R (7 recieved)
6 R
5 R
4 R
3 M R(3 missed)
2 M R
1 M R
0 7-7.15

means, the 7 recieved calls are not added to the 3 missed ones so that i see that there were 10 calls within 15 Minutes.

If i set the Option "Stacked" to "No" there is no difference

Could you send a SQL dump, SQL query which you use and screenshot(s) of module settings or a temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate this issue?

We cannot email a dump or login credentials without setting up a "clean" test scenario, sorry. But I created an excel diagramm to show what we try to do:

The table data for this image:

Code:

taken missed
  5     0
  3     1
  6     7
  5     1
  4     0

You can see that in the diagramm, Y Position 3 sums up the values 6 and 7 to show an accumulated value of 13. When we use our real data within the joomla page the values are not added but shown as seperate areas / columns.

You can create a SQL dump with sample data.
