ARTICLE_ID should be replaced with ID of the second article.

About the problem, could you provide a temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate it?

Check "Menu assignment" section for sidebar module(s).

It looks fine. But we have now two article rules. I could'nt figure out why this happen. I have sh404sef enabled.
