column currency format

As a new user, I've had no difficulty in getting it the table from data working - but is there a simple way I can get a number column formatted as currency (e.g. 12345 in the database appearing as $12,345). I need to retain the numeric sorting capability at the front-end, so don't want to convert it into a text field.

Set "Columns Settings -> ID" parameter to 3 value, "Columns Settings -> Format" to ${$value} value and "Choose table type -> ARI Data Table -> Columns settings -> Column index" to 3 and "Choose table type -> ARI Data Table -> Columns settings -> Sorting type" to "Numeric HTML".

thanks, that gives me a currency sign without impacting sorting...

Is there any way to get a comma separator in the numbers though:

$1000000 to be displayed as $1,000,000

Download and upgrade "ARI Data Tables" module and set "Columns Settings -> Format" to ${$value|number_format} value.
