Well, it will not be possible for me to give you the link because the site is in intranet and I can't export it in internet for now. is there anyway I can give you infos/screenshots or anything that would help you figure out what is the problem? if not, then I'll wait until the site is ready to be launched and then I'll give you a link to investigate the problem. thanks for everything bibi2

You can install Joomla! from scratch and reproduce the problem so we can see it. Regards, ARI Soft
