Check rules which are defined in .htaccess file for mod_rewrite Apache module.

I've checked and it was on mod_rewrite. Could be other way to solve this problem?

This is not "ARI Cloud Carousel" issue. Contact your site administrator or person who added rules for mod_rewrite to your .htaccess file so s/he fix it.
