Hello,

"Content - Load Module" plugin should be enabled, "ARI Cloud Carousel" module should be assigned to "new123" module position, be enabled and available on all pages.

We can investigate an issue if you provide a link to a page where you try to use the module and a temporary access to your J! backend by email.
