Only static images... 12 Years, 8 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi,

Tried twice to install last version of ARI Cloud Carousel on Joomla 1.7.
Images are displayed on a single row or column (depend on the size).
Changing configuration options doesn't change anything, except size of thumbnails.
I suppose I did something wrong... but what ?

Hello,

Provide link to a page where we can see the problem. It can be a conflict with a 3rd party extension.

ARI Soft

This is a problem with configuration of your web server. The next javascript file can't be loaded:

Code:

http://88.170.61.115/modules/mod_aricloudcarousel/mod_aricloudcarousel/js/init.js

403 error occurs. Check that the file has appropriate file permissions and check .htaccess file.

hello,

Thank you for your answer yesterday, it drove me on the good way. Its been really hard to fix it but now it works and that's the most important.
Modules' directory had no permission access, it was strangely the only one and I didn't find any coherent reason to explain why (.htaccess and httpd.conf Ok). I tried a new install easyPHP + clean Joomla and it did the same !
Finally, I made a new installation with XAMPP and it works perfectly.

Best regards.
