Carousel misbehaves on some computers, not others 12 Years, 8 Months ago

I have the carousel on a Joomla 1.5.23 using a Rockettheme template.

It works great on all the computers I have tried, pc and mac, with all common browsers.

My complains, however, that it does not work properly on his PC laptop with any browser, and reports that some of his customers have the same problem.

He is unable to control the carousel, thumbs are partially grayed out, and when enlarging an image, the lightbox also is half grayed out.

The site is curvetec.com From home page, choose any of the Products from the side menu.

Can pm or email admin creds if required.
