Hi...

I'm trying to display a text description in the sexylightbox that appears when you click on a carousel icon. I don't want it to be a link to another page/article...just plain text. Can I do this by creating "pictures" of the text descriptions I want to use and install them as a custom group of thumbnails as indicated in the last setting parameters of the module...if the answer is yes...then can you explain how to write the correct thumbnail path...I've tried a couple of times to follow the instruction in the info tip that displays when you hoover over the setting title.

This is what I've tried thus far

location of images for carousel...
/images/slider

Example of image names
iconA.jpg
iconB.jpg

path/location of custom thumbnails
/images/thumbnails/{$iconA.jpg}; {$iconB.jpg} <== these are icons names represent pics of the text descriptions I'm trying to get to show up in the sexyltbx when the images (with the same name) are clicked.

Am I misunderstanding how to use this feature or am I just entering the incorrect info in the parameter setting?

If you define custom thumbnails it will be shown in the carousel, not in the lightbox. Original images or associated links from INI are loaded into lightbox. In your case you can create articles with necessary text and associate it with carousel images with help INI file.
