I'm trying to use rokbox lightbox integration with carousel. However, when i click on an image, it just opens in the same window, not the light box.

Hello,

Check that RokBox system plugin is installed and enabled. Check also that "Lightbox integration" parameter is set to "RokBox" in "ARI Cloud Carousel" module settings. If it doesn't help, provide link to page where we can see the problem.

I've got the same problem. In the settings of the Carousel i activated rokbox. but it still opens a new side.

Whats the issue?

Check that RokBox plugin is installed, enabled and configured properly.

It is installed, enabled and configured like this:

Enabled = Enabled
Access = Public
Ordering = 0. Content - RokBox
Plug-in Type = content
Plug-in File = rokbox
ID = 10010

RokBox javascript files are not loaded on provided page. We can investigate the issue if you provide temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email.
