Allows to add various image effects to the pictures. Usage:
    {ariimagefx src="img_src" effect="image_effects" ...additional attributes}

    Effects:

Sharpen, Sharpenmore, edges, laplase, noise, brightness, sepia, histogram might not work in IE. All the other effects work in IE 7+, Firefox 2.0.0.14 and Firefox 3, Opera (Opera 9.27 for fliphorizontal and flipvertical, Opera 9.50 beta for others) and Safari (Safari 3.1+ for fliphorizontal and flipvertical, WebKit nightly builds for others).
