The purchase process contains two phases: creating order on www.ari-soft.com site and entering payment information on www.2checkout.com site.

If you are purchasing ARI Soft product first time or unsure how to do this please follow the steps below:

1. This screen you should see when extension is added to order and you have proceeded to checkout.



2. This page you will see after clicking "Confirm Order". If new page is not opened in 2 seconds automatically this means that you have popup blocker enabled that prevented it. In this case you should click green "Buy now" link in the center of the page to proceed to 2checkout to make the payment.



3. Enter necessary information here to make the payment.

hi, thanks for this help. You have nice Joomla components, however, your pay system really needs some work, if you hope to get customers. Here is what I noticed that you should consider improving:

1.) Popup pay window: Many or most people use popup blocker now, and it's considered bad form to rely on popup windows. Since the pay site returns the user to your site, it seems that a much safer alternative would be to load in the parent.

2.) On the order confirmation screen, you instruct the user to click 'Buy Now' but it's only a small text link-it took me a while to find it. You need a big graphic 'Buy Now' button here, not the Shop2c0 graphic, which doesn't even look like a button, and is duplicated in different functionality on the same page.

3.) The link you sent me in email help to finish my order didn't work - I was given a login screen at the pay vendor, but it didn't take my Arisoft login, so I was forced to go back and go through the order process again.

As a developer, I know how hard it is to get ecommerce right, so i'm just trying to help you out here. You are fortunate that I wanted your Joomla component bad enough to go this far!
