Could you provide temporary access to your J! backend by email so we could investigate the issue?

The extension can't generate thumbnails automatically because a PHP graphic extension is not installed on your server (for example GD or ImageMagick). Contact your hosting support and ask to install a PHP graphic extension or generate thumbnails manually and use "Thumbnails path" path parameter to specify path to thumbnails.

I have created a thumbnails folder and entered the path to it. Still no thumnails showing on my page.

I have tried various different variations, but still no joy.

Clicking on my 'blank' thumbnail brings up my main picture correctly.

In what folder thumbnails are located? Do they have the same name as original images?
