Open the following file:

<joomla_directory>/templates/rt_replicant_j15/css/template.css

and replace the following code:

with:

THANK YOU! that did the trick. After speaking to another developer here.... they had added that 1px as an IE fix... Very good catch though! I will have to figure out something else for that 1px IE fix though.

You are welcome. BTW, if you want to add specific CSS styles for IE browsers only, conditional comments can be used for this purpose.
