Hi There,

Sorry to be so painfully new at all of this.

If I purchase ARI Sexy Lightbox, how many websites can I use it on with the one purchase?Or do I have to purchase a new one for each website?

Cheers
Tez

Hi,

Sorry to bother you again. I bought the software, but I am very new to Joomla and I've been struggling all day to set up the galleries as per the instructions I have found on your forum. There doesn't seem to be any other documentation to assist me so here I am.

I have installed arisexylightbox as per the readme instructions. I can get it to display a single popup from a pic as the documentation indicates using,

<a href="/images/photosold/photo1.jpg" rel="sexylightbox" title="Test Image">
<img src="/images/photosold/thumbs/tphoto1.jpg" alt="" />
</a>

but setting up a gallery from a folder seems to be a whole different issue.

I followed these instructions I found in the forum:

It's easy. Choose 'Image gallery' in 'Choose type' drop-down, specify thumbnail size with help 'Thumbnail width' or 'Thumbnail height' parameters, type path to folder with images in 'Directories' textarea, assign module to necessary position and save the module. After this the module should display images from selected folder.

...and all I get is:

{$emptyText}

...instead of a gallery.

I have set the module to load with 'load module into article' into my photo article.

I understand that I am supposed to be able to put code directly into the article to load the component. (I think I am getting confused between the module and the component at times), but I don't know what the correct code is?

Sorry to be so thick, but I could really do with your help.

Thanks

Documentation can be found on module/plugins settings page. Click by "Detailed help here" link:

Is possible to provide a link to a page where you try to load an image gallery and provide temporary access to your J! backend by email so we can investigate an issue?

Thank you for your quick reply. I didn't know that the documentation on the module page is different to the plugin page. I will read this first and then back to you.

Thanks
