Where PATH_TO_IMAGE is link to image which you want to show into lightbox. "unique" attribute should contain unique key for each new lightbox which should shown only once and the extension doesn't support ability to close the lightbox after necessary period of time.

Yes, use the same syntax. Only set "Mode" parameter to "Anywhere" in "System - ARI Sexy Lightbox Anywhere" plugin settings.
