I intent to purchase ARI Quiz for my work.
I have a friend and he use one. He is using version 3.8.3. When I ask him for a try, I cannot create a multiple question. Nothing happens when clicking Save button.
I check the release note and see that your team fix this issue on version 3.8.3.

Can you tell me what wrong with him, he is using Joomla 3.5 on Host Gator. Beside multiple question, everything works well, I like it.

Can you ensure that multiple question can work after I've purchased this. My boss like Multiple Question, and I want to make sure that I order the right one for him.

We haven't received any complain about the similar problem for the latest version of the extension (3.9.0). In any case, if it will be occurred on your site and we can't help to resolve the problem (it can require an access to Joomla! backend), we will provide a refund.

It doesn't contain any hidden fee. A purchase process is described here. All payments on our site are handled by 2CheckOut payment gateway. It accepts credit cards and PayPal payments.

PS: Try to create a "multiple" question on demo site again. It should work fine.

My another questions while still waiting for purchasing approval.
I will administrate this system in the future, that's why I want to make everything clear.

1. We see the description for ARI Quiz product:
"The extension is open source with lifetime support and can be installed on any number of sites. You pay only once and get all the power of the extension (including additional modules, plugins and etc). No additional hidden fee or commissions."

When we buy your ARI Quiz (version 3.9.0), how about the license? Does it mean that we are able to use it permanently or not? If there are any license expiration, please let us know.
Also, after buying, we are able to install this extension on any Joomla site we have, is it correct?

2. Will this extension limit the number of taking exam session? How many people can take exam at the same time? I don't see you mentioned this in the list of ARI Quiz features, I guess that it may depend on the server running the joomla to handle how many sessions at the same time. But I want to make sure about this. Is it okay to have 50-100 people taking exam at the same time?

3. When new ARI Quiz version is released, are we free to do the upgrade, or we have to buy a new version? I see that version 4 of ARI Quiz will be released in the near future.

2. Limit depends on server capacity.

3. You will have access to all next versions of the extension for free.
