1. All editorial content and graphics on our sites may not be copied without written permission of ARI Soft. Reuse of any editorial content and graphics from ari-soft.com for any purpose without our permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Product delivery note: all ARI Soft products are electronically delivered only. Boxed products, discs and manuals are not available. Evaluate the suitability of the product you are purchasing a license for. Graphic depiction of box for display purposes only.

3. ARI Soft grants you a nonexclusive limited license to use the products purchased through our web site in accordance with these Terms and Conditions issued by our company.

4. You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the files included in the purchased product.

5. You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written permission from our company.

6. You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from ARI Soft.

7. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of ARI Soft.

8. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

9. ARI Soft does not warranty or guarantee our products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, as there is currently no certification process for such components.

10. We offer support as a part of your purchase. If you have a question you think others have too please post it on the forum. ARI Soft does not commit to monitor these forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions. If you have a specific question, please open a support ticket. We try our best to respond within 24 hours but we can't guarantee it.

11. ARI Soft reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
