1. Where, when and how can I download the product?
When you make a purchase we receive the letter about this. We send you the instructions how to use member area to download the product and generate testing license key. After your payment is verified we send you the letter informing about this and then you are able to generate production (full) license key. If you have not received the letter from us please be patient – maybe we experience technical issues. Check your inbox and junk email - some mail providers may consider our letter as spam. 2. I’ve downloaded the product. What's next?
You should install the product. Please go to your Joomla! administration and use standard Joomla! installation procedure:
Joomla 1.5: Extensions->Install/Uninstall
Joomla 1.0.x: Installers->Components or Installers->Modules or Installers->Mambots for component, module or mambot respectively.

3. What is the license key and when I receive it?
We try to send the instructions how to use member area to download the product and generate testing license key as soon as purchase occurs. In case of technical issues this may take up to 24 hours.
When you download and install the product please go to Components->"Product Name"->License page and enter the license key you generated for your domain in member area. Domain name field will be automatically filled with you domain name. Click "Apply". If the license key is correct you’ll see appropriate message and license end date. If not please let us know.

4. Temporary vs. full license key
After your purchase we need to make sure your payment is verified. Usually it takes several days (2-5). For this short period you may generate temporary 2-weeks license in member area. The product will work correctly and have full functionality with this license but you could use it for limited time. When your payment is verified may generate full license key in member area. Full license key means that you will receive free updates for the product for a year after purchase. After a year the product will continue working but you will not receive any updates. If you wish to prolong the license this costs half of product price/year.
Licenses work for one domain only. If you want to use the product on another domain you need additional purchase for that.

5. Why should I indicate the domain name?
Our licenses are domain-based. This means that you can use the product only on a single domain. Subdomains and domains need different purchases and licenses.

6. How can I get more information about your products?
Usually product contains Help and F.A.Q. sections in administration part. Also you can looks through our support forum. If has section for every product. If you need more information please drop us a letter.

7. How often do you answer my letters and my forum posts?
We try to answer in 24 hours. If you have not received answer for your question please check your email: maybe our answer has been considered as spam.

8. What is Member Area?
Member Area is a new tool on our site that allows registered user to manage their products and licenses. When you log in you will see "Member Area (Beta)" link in menu. Using this page you can generate limited number of licenses for your purchased products. Member Area is in testing stage now so probably there might be some issues until it is finalized.

9. I want to purchase product bundle and have a discount/I want to buy developer license. Is it possible?

10. I'd like to stop using component on my old server and install it on new server. Is it possible?
Yes. Please contact us via contact form or email and we will provide you with instructions. Component move costs approximately 25% of component's cost.
