I found it, the culprit was the Qivva Eventlist Calendar module, used to display the events from the eventlist component. Disabled, there is no need of mootools anymore to have Ari Ext menu working. Thanks a lot, your hint saved me lots of time - great work and help! (you might want to copy this thread to the Ari Ext menu forum)
