I need to work on a site this weekend and have ready for demo Monday.

So, can i buy a few of the modules that are ready for J! 1.6 today and then when your Smart Content is ready, am I allowed to pay the difference and buy the wholoe package?

Sorry, but it is not possible. Plugins from "ARI Smart Content" component can't work without the component.

They mean really 4-5 weeks or maybe MONTHS!! What a terrible support team. Bravo!!!
