You can use ARI JUI Theme Switcher plugin for switching themes. For this place {arijuithemeswitcher} in article text where you need drop-down with themes.

Thanks, but is there a way to specify an alternate theme for the accordion (e.g., cupertino) when coding the article? Or is the plugin drawing the theme from something more global in Joomla?

You only can set default theme in 'ARI JQuery UI Loader' plugin settings.

Two questions:

1) I changed the them from smoothness to cupertino in the jqueryuiloader but the appearance of the accordion hasn't changed. Is there something else I need to do?

2) I used the following code to try and show accordion for all articles in category 45, which currently has 2 articles. However, it is only showing the first article...
