hi, i wrote time ago about a style for SINGLE QUESTION (www.ari-soft.com/ARI-Quiz/54293-How-to-Become-a-Millionaire-style.html?_2017062807)

i would make now a quiz using many "MULTIPLE SUMMING QUESTION" in one page

all the answers are just YES or NO and i wanna assign different score to each YES and NO (i know this is already possible)
what i would do is change the style cos i dont like the layout.

what i i have now is something like the first 2 questions in the image i attached.

what i would have is something like the second part of the image (the 2 buttons yes n no share the 100% of the width in a single row) and when selected the button just change colour

i need a question type that allow to put only 2 replies (YES/NO) user can choose only yes or no (as in single question) but i need i can assign score in each reply as in multiple summing question and i need a dedicated layout that i will show u (a kind of switch).
