The redirect url I set in config is ignored by the script when an error occour in the front-end.

As I use SEO, it must have a .php or can have an .html suffix too?

Could you explain in more details what error occurs on frontend? What redirect URL do you use? Is it possible to see the problem?

Hello,

the first time it is happened with the empty name & email form. I didn't get the alert message "name and email are mandatory" (or something like that because I use a translation now) but I have been redirected to the main directory (es: www.mysite.com), instead I was expecting to get to www.mysite.com/my-custom-url.html (at least).

The second time it is happened after getting the other issue (related to alert message z-index), so I was unable to close the popup alert message and I did click on "back" button of the browser and I have been redirected to the main directory (es: www.mysite.com).

Redirect URL parameter from "ARI Quiz" configuration is used on error page (special page in the extension where error messages are shown) when a user clicks "Continue" button. This parameter is not used in cases which you described.
