How could I add some new fields to the form "name/email" for guests? Eq field "Address" ?

I haven't bought component yet, because I don't know if it's possible.

It's a key feature for me, and i will buy "Ari Quiz" only when I'll know it's possible.

It requires to modify the file (add a new field) where form fields are defined. We can help to do it.
