See <joomla_directory>\components\com_ariquiz\models\forms\quizform\guestform.xml file. Values from the form can be used into text and mail templates in the following way: {$ExtraData:FIELD_NAME} Where FIELD_NAME is name of field. If you want to show these fields in quizzes results data grid, it requires modification of the extension. Regards, ARI Soft
