I have installed ARI Quiz Lite into my site and the link to the quiz works fine, but when I click the 'continue button' I get this error

The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

The URL is doing some kind of infinite loop:
index.php/en/index.php/en/index.php/en/index.php/en/index.php/en/index.php/en/index.php/en/index.php/en/index.php/en/index.php/en/index.php
