Could you provide temporary access to your Joomla! backend by email because we can't reproduce this issue on our test server and it can be problem with specific configuration of the extension?

THANK YOU 13 Years, 9 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi,
Thank you for your help, please feel free to check out the site again, thanks to your assistance, the gallery works, as you instructed changed the path for the image folder.

Assumed you would need the whole path, however on the image folder and any subsequent folders need to be attributed in the description parameter.

i.e. If your images are located at

*domain*/public_html/home/images/mypics

then you would only require to specify in the descriptions parameter.

images/mypics

Thanks again to the admin team, and hope this helps anyone else out there.
