It is a conflict with site template styles. Add the following CSS rule to a site template CSS file (for example to <joomla_directory>/templates/immooffice/css/template.css file) and clean browser's cache:

#fancybox-img {max-width:none;height:inherit!important;}

#fancybox-wrap, #fancybox-wrap *{max-width: none!important;}

Set "Auto scale" parameter to "Yes" in "System - ARI Fancybox" plugin settings.
