Hi,

We have just been re designing our website and we have come up with a slight problem with the ARI image slider and our in built theme slider.

The website can be found at www.figrol.5gbfree.com

When ARI is not active our main slider works with no problems. However when ARI is activated the main slider stops working on the front page unless you are logged in, as soon as you log out once again the main slider stops working.

Any help on what the problem could be would be very useful, even if its just the chimp thats pressing buttons doing something wrong.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Upgrade the module to the latest version and set "Load jQuery method" parameter to "Local copy" in module settings.

What does the JQuery do? I tried what you said still no luck, switched: include query to no and now it works....

Thanks for the super quick reply

Correct solution is described in our previous post. You haven't upgraded the module to the latest version.
