.htaccess file seems correct. We can investigate this issue in more details if you provide temporary access to your Joomla! backend or you can contact hosting support that they investigate this issue because the module includes HTML tags for loading necessary javascript and CSS file but the server doesn't return them.

can it be because i installed the module without coying the zip file in the server? i did it from another computer. should i do that?

Hi again!
I have talked with the server administratos and they say that most of mi server configuration can be seen in using the phpinfo commmand. You can check it here and maybe you will be able to see where is my problem.

This isn't PHP issue, probably this problem with configuration of mod_rewrite or another Apache module.
