After trying everything that I can think of, and looking through some of your threads I still cannot fix my issue. My Menus with dropdowns worked perfectly for months, and im not sure why, maybe an update my main menus no longer drop down.... Hello,

Open browser's error console (press F12 into a browser) and you will see it contains javascript errors. These errors are not related to "ARI Ext Menu", but they prevent execution of "ARI Ext Menu" javascript code. Fix the errors and the menu will work fine.

Hi, having same problem and I can't find any conflicts. There should be dropdown submenus on both the top and the side.
