Please pardon me for not being clear. I'm quite happy with the 120px wide menus and submenus. I would like to get the hover to match and not stick over the end.

You have defined "width: 170px !important" CSS property for menu items <LI> and <A> element and set container width (for <UL>) elements to 120px. <A> elements also contain left and right padding. Regards, ARI Soft

Thanks. What ended up fixing it for me (not sure if it's the preferred method or not) was resizing the "nav-li2.png" image to 120px and replacing the instance of "a.ux-menu-link-first-hover.png" with "nav-li2.png" in the CSS file.
