It seems this is a problem with module configuration. Provide screenshot of module settings page or temporary access to your J! backend by email so we could investigate the issue.

Try now please.

PS: We have set "Show only active sub-menus" parameter to "No".

Hey I've got problem with my ARI drop down menu again, after updating joomla 1.6 to joomla 1.7 my sub menu doesn't show up anymore. Why?
