Recently, I have a problem with ARI Docs Viewer when preview a direct link pdf file that located on Google Drive in the google mode.
Example: I have a direct link:
googledrive.com/host/0B9lgZyndgmkqOGxLYVBWbGVvNzQ/(TAT-2610240)-ThaThuThuongYeuDoanKet-(24-10-2006).pdf (1)
It is exist and shared in public mode

The sentence: {pdf}googledrive.com/host/0B9lgZyndgmkqOGxLYVBWbGVvNzQ/(TAT-2610240)-ThaThuThuongYeuDoanKet-(24-10-2006).pdf|height:700|width:100%|app:google{/pdf}
output result: "No preview available"

BUT: {pdf}googledrive.com/host/0B9lgZyndgmkqOGxLYVBWbGVvNzQ/(TAT-2610240)-ThaThuThuongYeuDoanKet-(24-10-2006).pdf|height:700|width:100%|app:adobe{/pdf} is OK!

Why ARI Docs Viewer can preview direct link (1) in adobe mode but CAN NOT preview in the google mode?

Additional information:
I make a direct link pdf file on the dropbox, and ARI Docs Viewer work well both google and adobe mode. Example:
{pdf}dl.dropboxusercontent.com/s/zr3z8z2v3yf1egi/%28GCS-2711030%29-XayDungTrungTamAnDuong-%2803-11-2007%29.pdf|height:700|width:100%|app:google{/pdf}

This issue occurs recently, and I don't know why? I have used ARI Docs Viewer about 2 year, all direct link is located on Google Drive and ARI Docs Viewer preview them well. But now in "google" mode It CAN NOT work.
Could you review and tell me how to fix this issue?

"ARI Docs Viewer" doesn't use {pdf} shortcode. It uses {aridoc} shortcode and the document which is loaded on your page via "ARI Docs Viewer" is shown fine:

Sorry I missed, because I am using both pdf enbed and ARI Docs Viewer.

But the shortcode: {aridoc engine="pdfjs" width="100%" height="700"}googledrive.com/host/0B9lgZyndgmkqOGxLYVBWbGVvNzQ/(TAT-2610240)-ThaThuThuongYeuDoanKet-(24-10-2006).pdf{/aridoc}
is nothing in output.

Could you review this issue?

It is not possible to load PDF file. The following error occurs when try to open the document directly into a browser:

I think you misunderstand, I am mention to PDF NOT HTML, the screen you captured is for html.
For pdf file, there is nothing in my brower, please click on the slide: "1. Tài liệu dạng pdf"

This error appears when try to open PDF link (not a HTML page) into a browser:



Output is empty because it is not possible to load the PDF file.
